The CHACOM Spigot No. 862 is a quarter-bent (slightly curved) "Prince" shaped pipe. Its rounded bowl is particularly pleasant to hold. What sets it apart is its spigot mount, which is both durable and aesthetically pleasing.
Its chrome rings, acrylic stem, and black sandblasted finish give it character!
This briar wood pipe is handcrafted in our workshops in Villard-Saint-Sauveur, near Saint-Claude. It comes with a fabric pouch and a box featuring the brand’s colors.
The spigot mount is a type of fitting characterized by the insertion of a metal sleeve (spigot) into the shank of the pipe. Made of silver, brass, or another metal, this sleeve is inserted into a pre-drilled hole in the shank, creating a strong and aesthetically pleasing connection with the pipe stem. This mount provides enhanced stability and durability, while also simplifying cleaning by protecting the shank from tobacco moisture.
CHACOM, a renowned French brand, is owned by the company Chapuis-Comoy & Cie.
